On this episode of the Runnin’ My Mouth Podcast, I am joined by Lacy, bassist for the Jackson bands Kicking and Clitter Critters, who talks about her 12-year tenure in Jackson’s underground music scene, the evolution of the scene over that time, advice for those wanting to get into bands, and parting words for the scene before moving away later this month.

The final shows of the current iterations of Kicking and Clitter Critters is Saturday, January 4th at CS’s, and Friday, January 17th at Sunflower Oven, respectively. These are shows you’re not gonna want to miss, not just because these bands put on great shows, but I think it’ll be a nice time for the community to get together as a sort of send-off for one of our longtime members.
